Crohns Testimonials

Hi Sherry,

I have suffered from Crohns disease for 20 years. I had surgery in 2009 leading to adhesions and a stricture. Everything I ate lead to pain, bloating and gas (the usual Crohns story)

I decided to try your Great Taste No Pain plan but was a bit cynical as I have tried doing many things. Imagine my surprise that from day 1 my problems subsided.

I have now been following your plan for 2 weeks and I am a new man. I am just so, so thankful that I found your site. I now have a life back and am able to play with my kids or go golfing without any problems. Makes a change from lying in bed a lot of the time.

I would encourage anybody in my position to give great taste no pain a try. It’s amazing.

I have been feeling incredibly achy for several years. I’ve also had a lot of digestive issues like bloating and gas. I had no idea that my muscle and joint pain was caused by my digestive problems. Last year I was told that I have the beginning of Crohn’s Disease and that is why I have been so miserable.

I have tried digestive enzymes and probiotics, but I still felt awful. Then a clerk at my health food store told me about your Great Taste No Pain program. After one week of following your diet, I am feeling so much better. I’m amazed that the achy feeling in my joints is gone! I’m also digesting better and the bloating and gas has greatly improved. I am thrilled by the results.

Thank you so much for sharing your plan.

Sincerely,

Bettina S.

Hello there,

Well it has been 7 days since starting the regime. I have HAD Crohn’s disease for 20 years before starting. NO more running to the toilet, NO more pain, NO more bleeding and LOOSING weight. I DON’T feel hungry at all and my energy level has gone through the roof.

Yipppeee!

Thank you for the great way of eating and it really does make sense when you think about it.

Regards,

Verna From New Zealand

Dear Sherry,

I have Crohn’s Disease and have suffered with extreme pain since I was a teenager. It wasn’t until I reached my thirties that they finally discovered it was Crohn’s. In the past five years I have also developed arthritis, which I now attribute to both diet and medication. The last ten years have been like being on a roller coaster. What to eat. What not to eat… heavy steroids… antibiotics…and numerous other drugs. I can tell you now. Nothing really solved anything. At the end of last year I hit rock bottom. Month after month on the highest steroid dose until my body just couldn’t take it anymore. I have always said no to surgery. Knowing that it really wasn’t going to help either so at least I still have my stomach and bowel.

I decided to do some research myself and found your link on the Crohn’s website. I must admit, I was very skeptical at first but after months of reading all the amazing stories of people that have had their lives turned around, I just had to give it a go.

I can barely write this letter without tears falling on my keypad. Finally, I can live without pain day in, day out. It has been nothing short of a miracle (God is good!) and I am so grateful for all the advice you have given me. I have no doubt that it will get better better as my body gets rid of the buildup of trash in it and becomes more alkaline. At last I know I am on the right track.

I have been telling everyone about this, and many of my friends are now trying it too. Not only has it been good for me but also my entire family. My son is doing his HSC at the moment and feels so much better than he did before. He has energy and feels alert and on top of his game.

So Sherry, THANK YOU!

May God bless you as you continue to change and save lives!

Hi Sherry,

I changed my way of eating and food combining as soon as I received your Great Taste No Pain plan and the results were remarkable. Both my daughter and I started on the plan and lost 5 lbs. right away. My daughter, who has had a bad Crohn’s flare-up, started feeling better with less pain and more regular bowel movements. In fact the first formed stool since 8 yrs.

I recommended this plan to others in the hope they will also feel better soon. We will be continuing with your plan for certain.

Thank you,

Karen A.

Hi Sherry,

I was in the hospital July 21th with severe vomiting and Diarrhea, blood in my stool and lots of it. I have had several tests done on me as just in May of this year I was diagnosed with arthritis. This has really accelerated. From time to time I would get a sharp pain in my lower left hand side. I would be popping Rolaids all day long for indigestion. The Doctor that saw me at the hospital put me on an IV immediately and sent a colon specialist in to see me. On July 27th i had a colonoscopy done. When I woke up he said well the good news is i don’t think it is cancer, however your intestines should be nice and pink, but they are red and swollen so i took a biopsy. He said I suspect Crohn’s disease.

Knowing nothing about this I started on the web, it really depressed me. I scolded myself because I need to be grateful that he doesn’t think it is cancer! Then you popped up with your no pain meal plan. Well the next day I went to the grocery store and in less than two weeks my whole life is changed. I have not touched the Rolaids since I started your diet. July 31st we attended a 50th wedding anniversary dinner, I found things I could eat. My Sister-in-law and brother in-law just left from a 3 day visit, I still behaved.

I do not want to live the life of Crohn’s disease. I still do not know my results yet I just know that overall I feel so much better, and I have gained a lot of knowledge of Crohn’s disease,

Thanks to you Sherry, You gave me hope when I felt hopeless!

Thank you for your website.

Sincerely,

Catherine

Hi Sherry,

My name is Emily. I have had severe colitis and Crohn’s disease for 3 years. Last year, at the age of 14 I spent 20 straight days in the hospital after being bedridden at home for three weeks. I didn’t eat much at all; instead, I would sit at school trying to not black out from pain. I no longer lived a life. I was weak, angry and hopeless. My doc tried every Crohn’s treatment possible. They worked for a while, but always failed in the end. When I was admitted for that 20 day stay, I had lost 15 pounds and couldn’t walk from steroid swelling.

In the hospital, I was being treated with three different medications through IV. I was so desperate. I frantically searched the internet in hope of some miracle treatment. I didn’t find that, but what I did find was you. I was immediately intrigued by your information. After all, for the past two years I had lived on white rice and popsicles. I couldn’t begin your plan in the hospital because the doctor would have had a heart attack. I mean she wanted me to eat red meat and fatty foods for weight gain.

The day I was released I began your Great Taste No Pain program. I had a lot of time on my hands because I wasn’t allowed to leave my house for three months due to immune suppression. I used this time to my advantage. When I was released from the hospital, I took 20 pills each day. Slowly, the meds started to decrease, and I only got better. One of the best memories was about a month into your program. I took myself off of acid reflux medication and pain killers. After two weeks I still didn’t have any pain or indigestion.

Today, I take one tiny half pill once a day for Crohn’s treatment along with many vitamins, minerals, probiotics, and prebiotics. The disadvantage of being 15 is I don’t have the ability to say NO to my doctor. Trust me, I will not be on this medication when I do gain the authority. I feel amazing. I have so much energy, I am never in pain after meals, and Ii eat salads.

Thanks to you Sherry, my dream has come true. For three years I didn’t eat salads because my doctor told me it would cause a flare. Now I eat 1-2 salads every day. That was only a dream a year ago.

Thank you so much,

Emily

Sherry,

Since I have been using your Great Taste No Pain I have not had any heartburn. I was taking prescription drugs for it and they were scaring me a little. I also have Crohns Disease and even it has been much better since I started your program. Feeling great once again.

Thank you for your work

Hi Sherry,

I just wanted to say a big thank you as I have just found out I have Crohn’s three months ago and didn’t know which way to turn. I am only 30 years old with a 13 month old son. Even though the doctors have put me on loads off tablets and steroids I still found I was having flair ups and feeling very tired as well as sweating very badly at night.

Since I have been on Great Taste No Pain plan I can’t believe the improvement. My stomach as gone down I have so much energy lease trips to the bathroom and no more sweating at night. Yet the doctors told me it is nothing to do with what you eat. WHAT A LOAD OF BULL!

Thank you once again for your supporting emails which really help me realize I’m not alone and for all your hard work and research without you none of this would be possible

God Bless,

Samantha Smith

Dear Sherry;

Despite his youth my nephew has Crohn’s Disease. He’d been down for nearly 2 weeks with debilitating stomach pain and headaches. He had a bag of pills and seemed to take them every few hours. It seems the Dr. didn’t know what to prescribe and advised some of everything. The poor kid is going in debt just on pill costs, never mind that he can’t work.

After 1 day on the Great Taste No Pain plan, he felt better, by the middle of day 2 his symptoms had disappeared and the blood in his elimination had greatly diminished. On day 3, he was up, out and visiting with friends and family. Day 4 brought more time out of the house for him with no symptoms.

Wow is all I can say.

A grateful Aunt,

Cheryl
