- Basically it is not eating proteins and starches at the same time.
- It is getting proper nutrition from the foods we eat.
- Don’t eat nuts, meat, eggs, cheese, or other protein foods at the same meal with bread, cereals, potatoes, sweet fruits, cakes, etc.
- Hamburgers, Cheese, egg, and ham sandwiches are the perfect examples of wrong combinations (starch and protein)
